Eleven teams competed in this year's Top Shelf tournament. We had a great time while raising funds for HELMS. Although a sport like this can sometimes become heated, everyone seamed to be there in the spirit of charity first and foremost. When all was said and done, the Bardown Bandits defeated Straight Outta the Penalty Box in the final. The Bandits also carried on the tradition of winners take the fencing down. Thanks guys.

We want to thank our sponsors, the prize donors, volunteers and most especially each and every participant that helped make this day special. We'll see again next year.

2015

On April 18/2015 we were back at Loyalist College for our third annual Top Shelf tournament. This years tournament champions were Warriors and Midnight Express. A beautiful spring day made for ideal conditions. As always, the participants were there in the spirit of raising money for a terrific organization called HELMS. Teams enjoyed the games, prize draws Toppers Pizza and McDonalds coffee and muffins.

We wish to thank all of the volunteers that helped make this day a success. We truly could not have done it without them. We also wish to thank our sponsors, donors, and especially the participants that, again, made this event Great Fun, Great Cause!!

2014

Eight teams showed great spirit and enthusiasm in what  turned out to be a great tournament. The B division was won by the team from Pathways. The 'A' division was hotly contested. The semi finals were both one goal games including one that went tied through overtime before being decided in a shootout. In the finals it was the Underdogs defeating Rock 107 by a score of 1-0 in another very tight battle.
